First off the customer service was good.. no complaints.... The packages arrived on time as he said they would and even emailed me the tracking numbers the day that information was available. When they arrived, I noticed that everything was nicely packaged for protection. Parts fitment was perfect and quality also great. The only complaint that I have, is for the basic installer, there were no instructions for this kit. The swap 2 kit is posted online, but I used swap 3. Overall VERY happy customer here!!
